Notes

• The node pauses after placing the call and resumes when Twilio calls back (digit pressed or call completed).
• Output: { ..., callSid, digits, ackResult, callStatus }, where ackResult is positive, negative, or no_response.
• Say List needs at least one prompt.
• Requires the PLATFORM_BACKEND_URL environment variable for Twilio's callback.
